  • Crew was rude, food not fit for humans and got the same dish for both meals!! The seats & aircraft on domestic flights was much better than a xvi+ international flying. Closer we got to destination, the worse the restrooms were. For the most expensive carrier and how much their food has received reviews, this was the worst experience.

  • One complaint is well-nigh the seat option on their website. Fifty-fifty I was ready to pay for the seat I want only the option didn't get through due to some upshot of their website. But fortunately the check in counter staff helped me and gave me the seat of my choice. And then Air India should meliorate their website to help customers in seat selection and relieve them the inconvenience/ dubiety.

  • The 3+ hr delay at the start was a real annoyance. The filibuster was updated at the gate but at the flight divergence time and not before. The boarding staff came at the desk very belatedly and could have announced the delay sooner. The staff even so comped for a lunch and that is appreciated. The flight itself was ok. The staff were professional and helpful. The meal options were standard, nothing exciting. The in-flying entertainment system came on after long delays and had periodic interruptions. The airplane was former and lacked in-flight WiFi. I don't think this was good value for the cost paid for the ticket. I would probably go with an alternative with Air Republic of india the adjacent time.

  • On the mode there, my flight was delayed. I was scheduled to leave the airport on the 7th, but it got postponed and I had to stay at the airport an extra 4 days. Obviously this was quite inconvenient, but what'south more is the same thing happened on the mode back. My flight was scheduled to leave for the U.S. on Tuesday just it again got canceled. During my stay at the airport, the staff was also specially rude. They told me it "was my trouble not in that location'south" and other things of the like. Though I understand why the flying was delayed, with the shortages and lack of workers, only at the very least I believe the staff could take been at least kinder. Other than this, the flight was relatively smooth and I enjoyed my flying.

  • Liked the coiffure members' behaviors and food in the flight. AI staff created lot of problems in checking in counter despite of having COVID Examination report (negative) from a district hospital. They did not accepted it and asked me to run for some other Test at the aerodrome. Nosotros (family of four) felt very bad and it took my all time in testing and written report. again they started creating problem in checkin in despite of having my new test report (negative over again). Checkin in was very frustrating. Residuum of things were okay. Crew members in the flight were crawly. Food was very good also.

  • If none of the screen works then practiced to non accept any. They keep freezing and continue spitting sql database error messages. For most of them impact screen or the remote doesn't piece of work at all. Worst food I had in my whole life. As well they are offering simply 2 times food instead of 3 although it was good considering food quality wouldn't have attracted me to take chance for the third time. No pillow or the blankets or toothbrush etc. randomly allocating seats to the same family members. My whole family had to sit down all over the place. Folks on checking counter not helpful at all. The carry on bag I'm using for past 10 years was non allowed this time and I don't know why.

  • The entertainment organisation at my seat was not working. Even after repeated reboots, the arrangement failed to piece of work. The remote for the entertainment system also controlled the overhead lite. Thus it was non possible to plow on overhead light to read something also. In a different flight, the remote turned on the light for adjacent seat instead of my seat. I wasn't able to turn on light for my particular seat even afterward trying the light buttons for adjacent passenger.
